Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods
We deliver orders to our Customers through trusted third-party logistics and courier service providers.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 business days
- Mekong Delta: 2–3 business days
- Central Vietnam: 3–4 business days
- Northern Vietnam: 5–6 business days
Note: The delivery timeframes stated in Section 2 exclude the order confirmation date, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
3. Allocation of Responsibilities Between the Seller and the Logistics Service Provider for Providing Shipping Documentation During Delivery
The shipping service provider is responsible for supplying the necessary shipping documents throughout the delivery process.
The carrier has the right and responsibility to provide invoices or relevant documentation to relevant government authorities upon request.
The logistics provider is responsible for transporting goods in their original, sealed condition.
Each shipment includes the following information:
- Recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address
- Shipment tracking number
- Sales invoice enclosed with the order to ensure safe and compliant delivery
- The invoice serves as supporting documentation for handling claims or disputes, including verification of the goods’ market value and confirmation of their lawful distribution, among other purposes.
Whether the order is delivered by us or by a third-party logistics provider, we will take responsibility for assisting Customers in resolving any issues arising from shipping damage.
Customers have the right to refuse delivery of damaged products and request a return or replacement in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. We will work directly with the shipping partner to resolve compensation matters in accordance with the service agreement between our company and the logistics provider.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders with a total value of VND 500,000 or above qualify for free shipping.
Note: In the event of any unexpected delay in delivery, we will promptly notify Customers and provide updates on the shipping status.
